Cancellation Policy
Booking, Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, you can do so up to 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. Cancellations made more than 48 hours before your session will receive a full refund. Alternatively, you can reschedule your session to another available date and time at no additional cost. Cancellations or requests to reschedule made within 48 hours of your appointment are non-refundable, and the session cannot be transferred to another date. If Elevate You Consulting needs to cancel or reschedule your session, we will offer an alternative date or provide a full refund.
