Hi, I'm Hope

My leadership journey started in elite sport and was forged in high-pressure commercial environments. Time with Arsenal F.C.’s academy and Cardiff City F.C. taught me early that performance is always a collective effort.

 

I carried that mindset into retail, where I spent over a decade progressing into senior leadership, leading large teams and complex regions across the UK.

Today, through Elevate You, I work with senior leaders and organisations to strengthen leadership where it matters most - at the top. Drawing on real operational experience, I support leaders to drive performance, develop their people, and build cultures where both the business and its teams can thrive.

1:1 coaching provides a dedicated and confidential environment for senior leaders to reflect on their leadership journey and future direction. Many senior leaders spend years focusing on organisational outcomes and supporting the development of others, often without the opportunity to pause and consider their own professional path.

 

These sessions offer space to explore the challenges and opportunities that arise at senior levels of leadership - from navigating complex organisational dynamics and leadership responsibilities to considering future career moves or shifts in professional priorities.

 

Sessions start from £150 per hour. We offer bundles of £400 for 3 x hour sessions & £1200 for 10 x hour sessions.
